We are a gated custom home community - not a cookie cutter community. Go ahead and create the home you want with any builder you choose. We have reasonable guidelines to maintain high standards and protect your investment, but we don’t tell you what to build, and we don’t restrict you to a short list of builders.
- New custom homes in Bunker Ranch feature primarily masonry exteriors with dimensional fiberglass shingles.
- Minimum home size is 2,800 square feet for one-story homes and 3,200 square feet for two-story homes.
- Generous building setbacks for privacy: 35 feet from front and back property lines, 15 feet to interior lot lines.
